PATTY HOYT
Principle Organizing Consultant

Kansas Office

Patty Hoyt is a reformed clutter junkie. After twelve years in advertising and media (and rarely seeing the top of her desk through all the paper), Patty became a stay-at-home mom to her two children. That’s when she decided to take control and develop organizational systems that worked for her and her family. These systems have made it easier to juggle everything from car pools and soccer practices to homework and volunteer work at church, school and the local animal shelter.

When her daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, organization became even more crucial. The systems in place at home allow her daughter to stay anxiety-free and productive. Now, Patty specializes in working with adults and children with ADHD and other special needs. She has been organizing professionally for almost 3 years.

The happiness she felt after simplifying her own life encouraged Patty to share what she has learned with others. She completely understands how overwhelmed her clients can become when surrounded by piles of stuff. The burden that is lifted as the clutter is cleared is as valuable as gold. Patty helps her clients achieve this success with patience, motivation, and support.

After 10 years in Virginia, Patty and her husband, Jeff, have recently relocated their family to Kansas. Patty finds her Abundance through baking, dancing with her kids, and reading on the sofa next to her two dogs and cat.

SUZANNE SHULTZ
Organizing Consultant

Suzanne Shultz has always enjoyed finding creative ways to streamline the environment around her. Growing up with an entrepreneurial father (who designed and built custom homes), Suzanne developed a strong work ethic. She's able to see the potential in any space and has an eagerness to roll up her sleeves and get her hands dirty.

After spending several years gaining experience in interior design, sales, and criminal justice, Suzanne discovered that in each of these seemingly unrelated fields she had a natural ability to streamline spaces and processes. After coming to this realization, she made the decision to combine her natural ability to streamline with her passion for motivating others to achieve their goals.

Suzanne’s organization philosophy is that solutions should be simple, efficient, and visually appealing. Suzanne believes when people feel good about themselves their ability to make good decisions and achieve their goals increases exponentially. As a result, Suzanne’s approach to working with clients is to celebrate each individual’s strengths, offer guidance and support at times of uncertainty, and to assist each client in visualizing their goals and creating a realistic plan to achieve them.

Suzanne enjoys being the newest member of the Richmond branch and finds her true abundance by spending quality time with her husband, Kenneth Michael, and their two dachshunds, Lo and Bianca. Suzanne also enjoys spending time volunteering with a local non-profit organization, Saving Our Youth, that offers higher education services to at-risk-youth in the City of Richmond.
