Favorite Product: iDesign Drawer Organizers
Do you absolutely love the look of your silverware drawer and just jump at the opportunity to unload the dishwasher and put all your flatware away? Well, “jumping to unload the dishwasher” may be a bit of a stretch, but Shawna does absolutely love the look of her silverware drawer! She has her flatware all neatly organized in the acrylic iDesign drawer organizers, which happen to be her favorite organizing product. Shawna highly recommends that everyone add some of these handy dividers to their silverware drawer.
The iDesign drawer organizers come in an assortment of sizes and shapes. It’s always a good idea to measure your flatware first to make sure you are choosing the correct containers. Most flatware will fit into an iDesign 3×9 container. However, longer knives and some styles of oversized silverware fit better into an iDesign 3×12 container. If you have a lot of flatware to contain in a specific category, you may be better served by an iDesign 6×9 or an iDesign 6×12. It is also very important to measure the drawer itself to find out how many dividers will actually fit into your drawer before making your purchase. When all the same acrylic products are used together, the drawer will be organized, functional, and beautiful. You will not be disappointed!
Favorite Product: Turntables
Meredith has two products at the top of her list that she loves using in kitchens: drawer dividers and turntables. Just like Shawna, Meredith’s favorite drawer organizer is the iDesign clear dividers. Meredith is a fan of using these acrylic organizing products in the kitchen to organize the flatware and utensil drawers. She says that there is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you pull out a drawer and have your flatware and utensils beautifully organized in these containers. Everything in the drawer looks fresh and neatly divided. Meredith loves the visual appeal that these iDesign drawer dividers produce with their clean, organized, and uniform look.
The other organizing product that Meredith loves is a really good turntable. Turntables come in an assortment of sizes, and if you want to divide your contents into categories, there is also the option of a Turntable with Removable Dividers. One of Meredith’s favorite places to use a turntable in the kitchen is in the pantry for condiments and oils. A Medium Turntable (11”) or Large Turntable (14”) usually works best when used in this way for most pantries. Not only does Meredith like the contained look this creates, but it also makes condiments more accessible and utilizes any shelf that may be really deep. Meredith highly recommends adding both products to your kitchen.
Ultimately, Meredith’s favorite product tip is to keep it consistent, no matter what product you use. By using the same kind of containers in your drawers, cabinets, closets, or pantries, you will get a pleasing, uniform appearance that feels put-together.
Favorite Product: Lipstick Acrylic Organizer
One of Remy’s favorite organizing products is a clear acrylic lipstick holder. She absolutely loves this product because it not only organizes her lipstick, it also turns them into a beautiful display, adding a special touch to her vanity. Instead of being hidden in a drawer, they are now easy to see, use, and enjoy. Remy recommends organizing lipstick first by brand and then by shade.

Favorite Product: Ikea Spice Drawer Insert
One of Amanda’s favorite organizing products is the IKEA Insert for Spice Drawers. She thinks spice drawers are magic! You can organize your spices alphabetically and you can see everything at once, no place for the bottles to hide! As a result, you are more likely to use everything, less likely to buy duplicates, and you will always know when you are running low on something. Amanda suggests buying one brand of spice for consistency in the shape and size of the jars. They will fit into the drawer better and look more uniform and attractive. Alternately, you can decant your spices into matching jars.

Favorite Product: Stackable Pull-Out Bins
Cathy’s new favorite organizing products are the stackable pantry bins with drawers. They solve a problem common in many pantries—not enough shelves to utilize all the vertical space. By stacking on top of each other, these bins make the most of every inch. Cathy also recommends these bins for under-the-sink, crafts, and toys. She especially loves using them for organizing Legos!
